Booking Information
As a valued member of Sapphire Spaces, you are entitled to a range of benefits, including access to our premium event spaces and meeting rooms. To ensure clarity and transparency in our booking policy, we are implementing the following changes, effective immediately
Free Bookings : For Sapphire Space Members only. Members will continue to receive four complimentary bookings per month for event spaces and meeting rooms.
Daytime & Weekday Rates : For members, subsequent bookings beyond the allocated four will incur the following charges. The following rates also apply to non-members booking.
- £5 per hour for meeting room bookings.
- £10 per hour for event space bookings.
For members, these charges will be applied for each additional hour beyond the initial four free bookings.
For non-members these charges will be applied from the first event.
Evening & Weekend Rates : The following rates apply to both members and non-members booking.
- After 6pm Monday – Friday, all bookings will cost £10-£20 per hour + £20 cleaning fee.
- On Saturdays and Sundays, all bookings will cost £10-£20 per hour + £20 cleaning fee.
Terms and Conditions
Booking Procedure : All bookings must be made through our official booking channels, either online or via phone.
Availability : Bookings are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellation Policy : Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time may incur a cancellation fee.
Payment : Payment for additional bookings beyond the allotted free quota must be made in advance to secure the reservation.
Usage : Event spaces and meeting rooms are to be used for their intended purposes only. Any misuse may result in additional charges or termination of the booking.
Cleanliness and Damage : Customers are responsible for leaving the space in the same condition as they found it. Any damage caused during the booking will be charged accordingly.
Noise and Disturbance : Customers are expected to maintain a reasonable noise level to avoid disturbance to others in the vicinity.
Capacity : Adherence to the maximum capacity of the space is mandatory for safety and compliance reasons.
External Services : Customers are welcome to utilize external services such as catering, provided they comply with our regulations and guidelines.
Right to Refusal : Sapphire Spaces reserves the right to refuse or terminate bookings at our discretion, particularly in cases of non-compliance with our Terms and Conditions or disruptive behaviour.
